Poetry
Children have the opportunity to read, write and listen to poetry. Each year group has focus poets so that as children move throughout the school, they are able to enjoy different styles of poetry and be aware of a range of poets.

Most years, we take part in Somerset Literacy Network Poetry competition and are proud to say that we have had several highly commended entries and some winners.
